Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL) is a Nepali hydropower company that owns and operates the 22.1 MW Chilime Hydropower Plant in Rasuwa district, Bagmati Province, about 133 km north of Kathmandu, commissioned on 25 August 2003. The company was incorporated in 1995; the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) holds 51% of its shares, with the remaining 49% held by the public including 10% by local people. CHCL is a holding company that has promoted subsidiary companies developing several large projects, including a roughly 33% stake in Rasuwagadhi Hydropower Company Limited and about 38% stakes each in Sanjen Jalavidhyut Company Limited and Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalavidhyut Company Limited.
