Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) is a Kathmandu-based 'A' class commercial bank with its corporate office at Narayanhiti Path, Kathmandu. It was established on 20 April 2007 (2064/01/07 B.S.) as the 20th commercial bank of Nepal. The bank later acquired Sahayogi Vikas Bank and, in its most recent merger/acquisition, brought in Shrijana Finance on 25 May 2021. CZBIL provides full retail and corporate commercial banking services nationwide.
